We help you understand and utilise your NDIS plan, connect with services, and advocate on your behalf to ensure you receive the support you need. We also assist with plan reviews and audits.
Psychosocial recovery coaching
Our dedicated recovery coaches provide guidance and support to help you achieve your recovery goals, build resilience, and enhance your overall well-being.
Understanding NDIS funding
Support coordination and recovery coaching are funded under Capacity Building in your NDIS plan. It's important to check your plan to ensure these supports are included. We can help you understand your funding.
